"Dragon Heart Tang Soo Do is a member school of the World Tang Soo Do Association. Owner and Chief Instructor, Master Becky Rupp, is a 4th degree Black Belt. She is a certified instructor and started Dragon Heart in 1998. Since then many members and some entire families have trained and achieved their Black Belts. Grandmaster Jae C. Shin, Founder of the WTSDA believes Tang Soo Do is for everyone. Therefore the certified teachers at Dragon Heart make sure everyone can train with whatever abilities they have!"
